1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AEO Pro website and service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Subscription and Billing

AEO Pro is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually, depending on your subscription plan). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or AEO Pro cancels it.

3. API Usage, Fair Use, and Data Ownership

AEO Pro relies on third-party LLMs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity) to analyze search data. We reserve the right to throttle or terminate accounts that exceed reasonable fair use limits, engage in automated scraping of our platform, or attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary tracking methodologies.

AI Training Opt-Out: Client data, dashboard analytics, and proprietary keywords tracked within AEO Pro are strictly confidential. We explicitly prohibit third-party AI models, scrapers, and crawlers from utilizing authenticated dashboard data for foundational model training.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AEO Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
